AI: the UK's Counterterrorism Weakness

What threats does AI pose in relation to terrorism and how has the UK accounted for these ? The myriad of evolving threats posed by AI mean that the UK's current counterterrorism framework is insufficiently equipped due to lack of cooperation and policy stagnation. Proactivity, rather than reactivity, in addition to increased international cooperation is needed to both protect the UK and maintain its standing as a significant security actor.
