Charles Devoud is a Franco-Polish analyst and editor specialising in European geopolitical challenges, with a particular focus on the EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood. He is a graduate of the College of Europe and currently serves as Vice-President for European Affairs at the Institut National des Affaires Stratégiques (INAS). In addition, Charles is an editor and author at the European Studies Review, where he covers topics concerning the political and security challenges in Central/Eastern Europe.
