Elias Schimkat is a student of Sciences Po’s MA in International Governance and Diplomacy with an Intelligence specialization. He obtained his BA in International Studies at Leiden University and has multiple experiences including with NATO, in parliament, as well as working in bi- and multilateral diplomatic missions. At EPIS, Elias researches security dynamics in the Indo-Pacific. In the future, he aspires to be a civil servant in the fields of diplomacy or security.
