Kristin Berg

Kristin has 9 years of military leadership experience from the Norwegian Navy, including the Special Forces and Coast Guard in the Arctic. She is currently pursuing a master's degree with focus on Europe and Arctic security dynamics. Her mission is to build strategic breadth at the intersection of security, operations, and leadership. She is driven by networking and believes hard work creates opportunities, which is why she stepped outside the expected military track to pursue broader education.
