EPIS has become one of the largest student organisations in Europe since its establishment. From 2023, EPIS has grown to 300+ fellows. EPIS Fellows come from different countries and disciplines. Throughout the years, EPIS has remained non-partisan & independent. Learn more about our journey!

As a think tank for international foreign and security policy, we are the bridge between students and practice. Students from all disciplines become active through: Publications in the magazine and blog, delegations at conferences and in contact with practitioners. We engage in the political debate - fact-based and neutral.

Our Branches

EPIS is parted into four branches: EPIS Network, EPIS Thinktank for Foreign Affairs & Security Policy, EPIS Thinktank for Business Strategy & Corporate Affairs, and EPIS Consultancy. As an EPIS Fellow, you are a member of EPIS Network. EPIS Network Fellows are not actively publishing their work but enjoy the benefits of the EPIS Network Fellowship - like participating in EPIS Delegations.

EPIS Network Fellows can qualify for EPIS Thinktank. EPIS Thinktank Fellows publish in the EPIS Report Groups, EPIS Working Groups and EPIS Format Groups.

Our Code of Conduct

EPIS follows a Code of Conduct based on 3 core principles that define how we work together. These principles apply to all EPIS Fellows. They aim to ensure both maximum freedom for our EPIS Fellows and a respectful working environment.

Our Board

The leadership structure is divided into three main bodies to ensure strategic growth:

Board of Directors: Led by the Chairman, this group of young professionals and students manages the daily operations and strategic direction of the 4 branches.
Board of Advisors: This body consists of experienced personalities from politics and the economy who advise the Directors on content and professionalization.
Board of Honoraries: A specialized board within the organizational hierarchy that sits alongside the advisory and leadership structures.
