Amreen Ayaz is a PhD scholar and a triple graduate hailing from a small, serene town called Ajmer, situated in Rajasthan, India. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Her social science research centres around South Asian politics and geopolitics, and her literary research focuses on postcolonial theoretical analysis, specifically in relation to South Asian religions and authors.
