Julien is a french student enrolled in the Innovation, Defence and Security master program at FHS, Stockholm. He previously graduated from a Bachelor in Political Science at UCL, Brussels. He is mostly interested in technology and system science in defence related fields, with his focus mostly revolving around military equipment procurement and production mechanism in western countries. He seeks to forward his knowledge to further his knowledges on military matters and gain first hand analysis experience.
