Theodor graduated with a BA in International Studies at Leiden University, with a specialisation on the East Asia region. His studies allowed him to gain a deep global and regional understanding of politics, economics, history, and culture. Theodor’s main academic interests are China’s technological, material, and energy endeavours and their subsequent impact on international affairs.
