Owen Lazarus, a Presidential Fellow at Stetson University, is studying military and diplomatic history and Asian studies, with a focus on China, Cross-strait relations, and East-West transnational engagements. Lazarus is writing his undergraduate dissertation on the American response to the Sino-German partnership during the Nanjing Decade (1927-1937). Lazarus served as the president of the Stetson's Alexander Hamilton Society and ultimately plans to pursue a PhD in international affairs.
