Vincent is currently pursuing a double master’s degree in public policy at Sciences Po Paris and Hertie School in Berlin. His research interests include security and defence policy, ​European politics, and the regulation of emerging technologies. Vincent was a part of the first cohort of students ever to graduate with a BSc. in Global Studies from Maastricht University (cum laude). He has professional experience in consulting projects and field research in Cyprus.
