He served in Eastern Europe, the UN, West Africa, and as Ambassador to Haiti during the 2010 earthquake. Former Director of France’s Crisis Center and National Intelligence Coordinator, he bridges diplomacy, security, and humanitarian response. Today, he leads France’s Diplomatic and Consular Academy.
