Alice Hill is the David M. Rubenstein Senior Fellow for Energy and the Environment at the Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on climate risks and resilience. A former White House Senior Director and DHS Senior Counselor, she developed key U.S. climate adaptation policies. Previously a judge and federal prosecutor, she founded the Blue Campaign against human trafficking and serves on boards of Munich Re subsidiaries and the Environmental Defense Fund.
