Mr Hutters is a final-year Political Science Bachelor of Arts student at Heidelberg University, with a strong academic interest in international security and intrastate conflict. Outside of his studies, he volunteers at the Forum for International Security in Heidelberg. Upon graduating, he intends to pursue a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies at Uppsala University, with the goal to embarking on a career in academia or within the defence and intelligence community.
