Bianca Kobald is a Master of International Affairs student at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, specializing in International Security. She holds a background in Humanities and Political Science from the University of Vienna and has previously worked with the EU Commission in Vienna, GIZ and at the Austrian Embassy in Ottawa. Her focus on grand strategy, security, and digital policy drives her ambition to shape strategic responses to emerging digital and geopolitical challenges.
