Kevin is a Brussels based policy professional focused on European defence, security and transatlantic relations. He holds a master’s degree in International Public Policy and Diplomacy and has worked with the European Defence Agency, CECIMO and OSCE ODIHR. His interests centre on defence cooperation, industrial policy and how emerging technologies translate from strategy into operational capability. His ultimate goal is to become an Irish Diplomat.
