Elias Ricken is a Master Student in International Affairs at Hertie School in Berlin. He specializes on Defence and Security Policy in Germany and France and hybrid threats. To this end, he also works as a Research Assistant at the German Council of Foreign Relations (DGAP) and is an active member if the association European Defence Network.
