Lucas is a penultimate-year History and Philosophy student at the University of Reading, specialising in East Asia through semesters in Seoul and Tokyo. As an incoming Genocide Watch intern, he will research Central and East Asian developments. He co-founded and manages the treasury of the university’s Philosophy Society. Lucas is passionate about international law and aims for a career in international criminal law.
