Carolina holds a BA in International Affairs from John Cabot University in Rome, where she completed her thesis on interstate cooperation and transnational criminal law for counterterrorism. She is fluent in Italian, English, and French. Her current research interests include the use of AI in warfare, cyberwarfare, and the implications for international law, as well as European security policies in the Arctic region, and counterterrorism in the Middle East.
