Indrikis is a student from Latvia, currently studying EU law in the Netherlands. Due to the ever-growing tensions involving security and defence, his research mainly focuses on this field, and policies revolving around it. After recently presenting his proposal on the EU's cybersecurity education gaps, he has engaged in a comprehensive research on unmanned systems, their strategic importance and legislative hurdles in the scope of the EU's security. He aims to bolster the EU's defence capabilities.
