Laurens De Rouck is a graduate in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe and in Political Science from Ghent University. He focuses on energy issues linking economics, geopolitics, and the environment, with research on EU energy policy, external energy cooperation, and renewable projects. As former President of the College of Europe Energy Society, he aims to continue to connect scientific findings with real-world energy policy possibilities.
